Say Goodbye to Dark Circles and Puffy Eyes

If you’re having dark circles and puffy eyes, it necessarily does not mean that it is because of irregular sleeping patterns or lack of sleep. It can also be because of various reasons like genetics, insufficient intake of water, stress, poor nutrition, and also due to your daily routine. You cannot always hide it by resorting to concealers or foundations as it is not a permanent solution. I know dealing with dark circles and puffy eyes is irritating and embarrassing as people notice our face first! But luckily, we don’t have to deal with it forever! There are a few makeup tips and tricks, and also some homemade remedies to treat dark circles and puffy eyes.

  • Try to apply an under-eye moisturizer whenever you feel dryness on your skin as this dryness may lead to fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
  • Use a primer to hide the dark circles around your eyes. Choose a color that suits your skin tone the best.
  • You can use a concealer that is at least a shade lighter than your foundation color. If you have really dark circles then try to use two shades of lighter concealer to match up with the foundation. Just by choosing the right concealer, you can smartly hide your dark circles.
  • If you don’t want to use a concealer, then no problem! You can apply a layer of foundation under your eye(on your dark circles). And after some time, apply foundation base on your face, including your under-eye. And that’s it your dark circles are gone.

Changing pillow covers is not only good for acne-prone skin but changing it can also help with treating dark circles and eye puffiness. The dust that is accumulated on your long-changed pillow covers may lead to eye irritation, allergies, and itchiness of your eyes. So, try to change your pillow covers regularly.
